'american conquest', a game by some ukrainian studio around 2004, please respect it for being old and unusual to what we have today

i still play it once in a while, i think i recommended the game some year ago
you get to play as both sides of the american war of independence, pre-independence colonization by the british, spanish and french and their infighting about the new continent but you also get to play as indians in one campaign trail!
you also learn a bit of history too, but if you want to play and immerse yourself well you should have basic idea how each conflict in the new world went 1600-1800 ad, basic knowledge is enough, it also has some epic but stereotypical music
remember to put your troops inside of buildings NO EXCEPTIONS and your peasants can be stolen by enemy troops
it also has a complete map creation module, everything that exists within the game can be messed with in it!
