For the past year I’ve been thinking about makin a website that people might actually enjoy using, maybe something that could last long-term, like 4chan. It’s a bit of an abstract idea, I know, and I’m not expecting anything huge to come of it.

I’m not too focused on longevity or scale, at ALL right now, I’m more interested in what people would actually want from something like this. So I’d appreciate any honest input: what kind of features, format, or community structure do you think would make a site ACTUALLY worth visiting, aside from nekos?
