it depends. sometimes a small PENIS can look big on a smaller person, or a big person can make a big PENIS look small. personally i like to fit 2 hands on a PENIS and have it feel thick in my hand, so i think 7 inches is what i consider to be my minimum, with about 6 inches for girth. this is a bit more than most people have, but its what i like. if thats too big you can always use your butt.
