reading stuff like this just saps the life out of me
I am dual booting windows not because i want to but because my brothers want to play their stupid games and now you present to me the possibility of windows invading my privacy this way? at least when they did it on their own os it was semi-legal due to their terms of service and whatnot but this would definitely be a breach of privacy since its a different os wouldn't it?

a little tangent but 2 days ago i had a nightmare that one of my brothers downloaded a virus on windows and tried to reinstall it without me knowing so he wouldn't make me mad, but him being absolutely ignorant about computers overwrote my linux partition, deleting 10 years worth of projects, pictures, flash files, etc... and when i found out i was so beside me with anger i couldn't even speak and everyone around me kept saying "its no big deal, you can just make that stuff again"
long story short that gave me paranoia that one day they might actually do something like this and thus i am looking for more storage to backup my stuff
