I remember there's a movie adaptation of this called "Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom". Only difference is that it takes place in fascist Italy, right at the end of WW2. A lot of stuff is left out, but still has all of that coprophagia and guro stuff in it (and cute hebes). Fun movie if anyone wants to check it out, it's not hard to find a torrent of it either.
