The biggest problem with this idea, OP, is that your ideas aren't even very crazy to believe. I think everybody has made jokes about Drake being involved and Obama is plausible, we just had Pizzagate a few years ago where he was supposedly a huge part of it. This isn't the 2000s anymore where the general public still trusts celebrities and politicians to some degree, we have a new Michael Jackson or OJ Simpson beamed into peoples' heads everyday.

At best, this would fan flames that have already started and what would only leave a first degree burn on social media would turn Heyuri into ash.
