Historically the exact opposite was more common, with white plantation owners in the South, but also e.g. white colonial officials in Africa, raping nigras willy nilly, both adults and children, both girls and boys. I mean, who was gonna stop them? It was a wild west situaton, where you could get away with anything, as long as there weren't any witnesses. I'd imagine the 19th century homosexuals especially would jump on such occasion, since back in Europe they could get jailed for life for even mentioning their "condition", while in the colonies unattended native boys were fair game.
