After swapping memory sticks around to different slots and doing multiple memory diagnostics I've found which stick was the problem and that the slots are fine. Now I just need to redownload hundreds of gigabytes of stuff because I don't know what's corrupted and what's not. Now I've learned why people recommend keeping a cold storage backup.

I got a prebuilt because it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than building one with the scalped GPU prices. After 3 years only ~$175 worth of parts have failed so it was still worth it as long as the expensive parts last a few more years.
