I fixed it, I just needed to use a different torrent client. Deluge works.

I have really fast internet but a shit computer. With deluge I was downloading at like 10 mbps which is way faster than the ones that worked on Transmission, but didn't have any problems. Maybe Deluge is more efficient or something idk.
