Often I will start a torrent, and it will instantly start using 100% of my disk write capacity. My computer will become unusable until I shut down the torrent. This only happens with some torrents though, not all. I've noticed this seems to happen most with more recent (2020 or later) movies.
I suspect that the copyright owners are seeding torrents with some kind of defective information that fucks up your client to deter piracy.
I've looked it up and haven't found any solutions. Does anyone else experience this, or know what is going on?
Pic unrealted.
