I tend to only fap 3 times a week, the ejaculations get very weak and unsatisfactory. So I need to give myself a good amount of days in between to recharge.

Since you don’t really wanna live anymore. You can try using this to an advantage. A lot of people live their days fearing death and fearing consequences. That is why if a revolution were to start I’d be very hesitant on joining it, hesitant on trying to take over the government or doing anything too extreme because I do have a life to lose.
You do all the things that you would generally be afraid of doing. There’s nothing left to lose after all get yourself a bucket list.
