Heaven is being locked in a small room with a bunch of hot girls and unlimited food, drinks and entertainment but no plumbing and no containers to pee in. The drinks could come in unopenable bottles like the ones cyclists suck on but made of metal and completely sealed, and the food could just arrive on plates. The floor could be slightly slanted with the only place to sleep at the bottom of the slant, so peeing on the floor isn't an option either. It would be like the human centipede but without the surgery and multiple girls using me as their toilet everyday instead of just one. I hope someone steals this brilliant idea and makes a movie out of it.
