No, people will continue to flock to the most popular websites and the same few people will use what are seen as "splinter" sites to formalnags. There is a tax on cash in the USA in the form of prices of good being rounded up and the change given being rounded up, both driving people to spend/accept cash less and less. No one sees it and the ones who do don't do anything about it
