tbh I have no idea who Dugin is, but in itself I have mixed feelings about imperialism as some kind of collective karmic burden on the west. On the one hand, it obscures the persitence of economic imperialism as a dynamic structure in the world today, and legitimises the rise of PRC imperialism as a weird kind of historical justice. On the other, imperialism is a historical process, and the historical facts can make more stark the evils of empire.
