Truth is that the only reality you are capable of ever perceiving is the one that your senses and thoughts arbitrarily proclaim to be true and not true reality. You are unable and forever locked out of experiencing reality as it is, and experiencing it as other types of intelligence of which there are infinite variants. You are so locked in your made up world that you do not even question your sight or hearing or thoughts and just go with it, and your brain and senses are hardwired to operate in a certain manner that you cannot go againist even if you wanted, and you could never comprehend reality and perceive in a way other than that of a human, and you could never understand tales from other types of perception even if you were explained them for ages And your perception is limited to that of a very particular human - you and only you, nobody can sense the world the same way as you. You can never transmit your thought exactly as you thought it making you alone in this universe, some of your most profound thoughts could never be understood by anyone because others sense the world in a different way making it impossible to speak in a way they understand. You will never expand your ability to make sense of the world beyond what you were given at birth, you can only optimize stuff by a tiny tiny bit. There is no substitution parts for your brain and senses, and the world will break down as your senses and brain break down effectively making world disappear, which is one of infinitely many names for death.

You might get attached to your human body and human nature but they are not good, they are sufficient enough for survival which in itself has no proof that it is better than being dead. Either state makes no difference ultimately. You attach and identify your body as you but why? You might have friends and family and identify their apparent behavior and body shape with an abstract idea of their person but that is not even certain. Your idea of them is not them, it is just your warped perception. Human mind is prone to failure, it so easily takes whatever senses and proclaims it as truth and never rethinks it. If not for the fact that a human mind is hardwired in a way to lock people out of altered states of perecption then anyone could realize that regular human perception is not special or intrinsically correct.

I swear you cannot comprehend what I mean without experiencing these states, like your regular human settings and filters cease and something is pushing all buttons, knobs, dials, valves that modify perception and processing of information. It is like you are fading from one reality into another reality constantly and none of them make sense outside of themselves so when you cross into another one - all that you had experienced before is irrelevant, and if you look back at the scraps of memory you cannot even figure out why or how you perceived the world at that moment no matter how hard you try, locking you out of that state but also forcing you into another. Regular human perception is only one of infinite realms of perception, unrelated to any other realm and type. You will forget what it is to be a living object, a human, and yourself in these moments, and if you look back at who you were in an altered state - you will not be able to understand what it meant to be yourself, a human, and even a living object until you return as if it never happened or had nothing to do with you at any point in life.

I do not recommend seeking them, there is a reason why humans are not meant to access them. Live your life of lies, live a human life as nature intended, and enjoy never looking at the full picture because it induces purest insanity.
