if i accidentally break my M.2 SSD into a few pieces while wiping dust off of it above the toilet (so that the dust will land in the toilet) and accidentally drop it and accidentally flush it down while trying to retrieve it does that count as destroying evidence? and what if when opening my HDDs to clean the dust off the little discs inside the same thing happens?
