Females have simple minds. If you've already consumed every bit of canon media your waifu appears in multiple times then you should know what she would say/do in most situations already. Just use your imagination to talk with her and do things with her. Your mind should easily be able to emulate hers just like a PC can emulate a PS2. With tulpamancy you can take this a few steps further by giving yourself schizophrenia so you can really see and hear her, but obviously she'll still just be a figment of your imagination, and the schizophrenia will likely be permanent. However, if your waifu was real you would promise to never part with her during the wedding so the permanence of the tulpa shouldn't be a problem.
