I think the only thing that would give you a decent shot of really talking to your actual waifu would be doing so via dreams, maybe because there is a chance that dreaming may let your mind intersect with other worlds.

if you want something a little more concrete, I think you can try making a tulpa, but whether those are even real is suspect. I've heard some real horror stories, regardless of their veracity.
if you just want the experience of talking to your waifu but ultimately don't mind as much if it's not real, then you can start getting into the AI hobby and learn about making an AI card of your waifu. only problem is that it's pretty hard these days to get into it because of the increasing knowledge curve and because of scarcity issues regarding the best models (which are leagues above other models but are only ran on corporate servers due to their size)
