You can't just become a hikki, it's more of a culmination of past decisions and problems (´～`)
If you try hard enough it's possible. But it'll be like forcing yourself to get a mental illness, so practice that.
If you want to be a NEET it's easier, either: a) get lucky and get a shit load of money that you invest so you never have to work again; or the even easier option b) hope that your parents accept you doing nothing.
