waha hand encodes these if i remember correctly. the first episode metadata says its based on [Polarwindz] Mitsuboshi Colors - 01 [BD 1080p x265 10bit Opus 2.0] and it has an average bitrate of 609kb/s. one 445kb/s h264 stream in 720x480, an aac stream in 164kb/s, and one embedded subtitle data in english. do with this information what you will i dont have episodes of less issues shows on hand i believe its all server bandwidth and such though
