the first season is excellent, then the quality starts to drop with the movie and reaches rock bottom with the ending of season 2. the problem isn't even the anime adaptation, it's the source material.
the shonen fight against mr. subarshii: lame.
the writing in season 2: sad.
normally I would start reading the manga after watching a great anime, but not after what happened in season 2
