I like the MC, he's a nice and honest, well meaning old man. And his fatherly (or motherly, in this case) attitude to the genki girl is warming to the heart. I went into it honestly expecting him to be a dirty old man groping his way through reincarnated life just from looking at the OP image, but this is a nice surprise. Not that I would have complained either way.
