It's a classic!
I really liked Niea_7 by ABe, no worse than Haibane IMO, and even better in some aspects. I found the comedy and SoL elements much more fun, and teh drama also made me tear up a bit. It didn't wreck me up like Haibane Renmei last episode did, but still hit close to home
Also ABe is racist towards Indians lololo

Niea_7 and Haibane Renmei are the only two animu he directed and wrote the script for. He did not create the ones you listed, although he took part in the production as an artist/animator. It's like saying that Akio Watanabe created Monogatari, Di Gi Charat and Higurashi Gou
