A Kite was stylish and cool, but the plot was just plain bad. Definitely satisfies on the ero content, definitely satisfies on the violence, it just needs to be a better written and more focused show.
Kite Liberator takes way too long to get to the cool part and is much less stylish and cool, but it felt like the writing was better. Not good, but better. Megane is moe. Bone guy is cool as hell.

...and then Mezzo Forte is just legitimately good. Entertaining story, lots of action, very sexy and cool all around. Great characters. It's very easy to recommend it to anyone who likes cool, violent, stylish OVAs with a bit of fucking in them.
