I know the exact "small group of otakus" you mean without even looking it up or clicking on your link, and I assure you, their time is divided into 2% actually watching anime and 98% complaining about weird political meta issues with shows with shows they haven't seen and games they haven't played. They're not otaku. "Otakus" don't "think it is a DEI psyop" because "otakus" are too busy actually enjoying their hobbies to give a rat's ass about bipartisan culture-war shit-flinging.

The issue these people are taking with WHA has the square root of fuck all to do with the manga itself, and everything to do with the fact that people that there are people in the world who support political causes that they don't like. That said, is the UN really trying to convince people that there has never been a female mangaka? To what end? Anyone can look that up and immediately tell it's not true.

To answer your first question, it has some really great art. I don't think much of the story personally. To answer your second question, I've never really seen anyone saying it's bad. I thought it was alright. To answer your third question, go fuck yourself with a dick made of shit.
