Otherwise there's Exiled-Destiny's release, which has dual English/Japanese audio and superior AV quality (albeit slightly cropped)... but it also has the same VOB subs you'd find on the licensed DVD release. That means: pixellated yellow text, no fancy typesetting, no TL notes to explain some of the jokes/cultural references, and it's generally quite a dry translation

From what I remember the Exiled-Destiny release does have some short TL notes, mostly to explain puns, but they tend to be displayed before the punchline of the joke which can be slightly annoying.

It's clear that much more care was taken over the HnK release, although I noticed a few missing lines (presumably because they were difficult to hear) and it uses hardsubs so it's not ideal for taking screenshots.
